舊 Xbox 之軟硬改造

微軟次世代視像遊戲機 Xbox 360 近日登場, 在微軟之大力催谷下, Xbox 360 正值熱賣; 唯吾不是個標準 Xbox 迷, 對此新貴興趣不大, 反之對舊形號之 Xbox 卻越來越感興趣, 近日更將 Xbox 送去「硬改造」. 「硬改造」後 Xbox 安裝了 XBMC, 便搖身一變, 頓成一台多媒體影音終端機, 能在電視裡看不同視訊格式, RM/RMVB, AVI, WMV, DivX, XVID 之影片. 及後加以鑽研 Xbox-Scene 上的文獻, 才驚覺有所謂之「軟改造」, 經多番常試, 終成功在好友 Fox 兄的 Xbox 上, 作「軟改造」和安裝 XBMC. 承蒙好友 Fox 兄願作白老鼠, 在此致謝. 此外, 吾也支持「Xbox 朱古力計劃」, 對想在 XBox 上「軟改造」者作技術支援. 有興趣者, 可回覆此日誌.

請問小宛子兄和Fox兄軟改用了打開xbox hotswap 或是 gamesave方法？我用usb female connect flashdrive去xbox.. 但是xbox看不見我的手指drive。please help!

吾以 Gamesave 軟改, 用 XBox 之 8M Memory Module.
據聞 XBox 與 一般 USB 2.0 手指 flashdrive 兼容度非常差, 只能認比較舊之 USB 1.1 版 flashdrive.
所以用 Xbox Memory Module 100% 可靠.

吾跟友人借了一只正版 Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell (非正版是不行的), 所以只試過用 Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 之 Gamesave 作軟改.
